Ms. WANG Kun graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a master degree in law in 2013. She worked as an apprentice lawyer at Beijing W&H Law Firm in 2014; worked as a full-time lawyer at EastBright Law Firm from 2015 to 2017; worked as a partner lawyer at Beijing Tiantai Law Firm from 2018 to the beginning of 2023; and joined Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm as a partner lawyer in April 2023.
Ms. WANG participated in the compilation of Practical Tips on Corporate Legal Counsel and Practical Management of Contract Legal Risks for Enterprises, and published Understanding of and Law Application for Disputes over Corporate Resolutions and Should Senior Officers Be Held Liable for Compensation If They Violated Regulations to the Detriment of the Company on China Business Law Journal; and published Big Data and Analysis Report on Infringement of Trade Secrets in Light of the Anti-unfair Competition Law and Big Data Analysis Report on Cases of Complaint on Price Fraud on E-commerce Platforms on the WeChat official account “Academy of Law and Commerce Intelligence”.
In the case of dispute over liabilities for infringing the company’s interests, Ms. WANG conducted in-depth study into the legal relationship involved in the case, fully sorted out evidence, and promptly and sufficiently communicated with the judge on the case to promote proper handling of the case.
In the case of dispute over compulsory liquidation, after being commissioned by Beijing High People’s Court as a member of the liquidation group in the compulsory liquidation dispute, Ms. WANG released the announcement for convening the creditors’ meeting, talked with shareholders of the respondent, initiated the procedure for reporting creditor’s rights, held the creditors’ meeting, counted assets, etc.
Provided legal services for civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and non-litigation businesses. Acted as a legal advisor to several state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Provided practical and efficient solutions for advisory clients with respect to overall planning, internal governance, routine operation, and handling of various disputes. The clients come from trading, real estate, technology, machinery manufacturing, and other industries. Ms. WANG has conducted in-depth study in the company law, contract, and real rights, and specialized in handling corporate internal and external disputes, especially in infringement by shareholders, disputes over damages, denial of the corporate personality, and disputes over liquidation and bankruptcy.
