
Ms. ZHOU Yeli is a member of the Communist Party of China, and holds two bachelor degrees in law and business administration, respectively. She passed the national judicial examination in 2009, officially started her practicing career in January 2013 at Guangdong Dezhong Law Firm, and moved to Anhui in February 2017. She worked at Anhui Wanzheng Law Firm and Beijing Tiantai Law Firm (Hefei) before joining Beijing Blossom & Credit (Hefei) Law Firm.
Ms. ZHOU Yeli used to work as an intern at the Changsha Intermediate People’s Court of Hunan Province. She has engaged in the legal profession since graduation in 2007, including acting as the director of legal affairs and on-site legal advisor for a large Taiwan enterprise (Chengda Group) and other enterprises in the manufacturing, commercial land, and real estate fields in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hefei. During her practicing career, Ms. ZHOU Yeli not only handled various litigation cases to accumulate rich case handling experience, but also built abundant experience in non-litigation in addressing internal affairs and internal risk prevention and control of enterprises, such as witnessing the shareholders’ meeting for listing on the New Third Board, conducting due diligence investigation for project acquisition, handling labor and personnel dispute, handling various economic disputes, and participating in negotiation for major business contracts.

Participated in series due diligence investigation on projects to be acquired by X Solar Energy New Materials Co., Ltd., a state-owned entity, in which Ms. ZHOU was responsible for due diligence investigation on four project companies in Hefei, including conducting on-site visits and drafting due diligence investigation reports, which provided an important reference basis for the client to make the eventual acquisition decision;
Provided services for Anhui X Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a company listed on the New Third Board, by witnessing the shareholders’ meeting and handling other tasks as a legal advisor;
Provided routine legal advisory services for Anhui X Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., a Chinese-Japanese joint venture, and provided specialized legal services for overall factory relocation;
Represented multiple advisory clients in multiple cases of labor disputes, including arbitration, trial of the first instance, trial of the second instance, in which Ms. ZHOU won the praise of clients from pre-litigation guidance to the litigation results. This not only avoided economic compensation and payment and losses on overtime salaries for the client, but also provided professional guidance opinions for the client to improve its labor regulations, which was highly praised by the client.
Represented an advisory client in the case of claim for work-related injury of a migrant worker caused by affiliated contract. Ms. ZHOU communicated with multiple parties to successfully report work-related injury for the migrant worker, and concluded the case through mediation. The compensation for the work-related injury payable by the enterprise was actually borne by the actual contractor and construction entity, while our client did not need to pay any expenses, which saved huge economic losses for the client.
Represented Anhui X Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over purchase and sales contract and quality with Hefei X Technology Co., Ltd. Despite the quality problem in the client’s products, Ms. ZHOU applied professional knowledge to recover the payment and penalty for the client.
Represented Hefei X Labor Co., Ltd. in the case of labor dispute with 35 laborers.
