On December 21, 2021, the Appraisal (Review) Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Higher People’s Court completed the assessment and review of oppositions in respect of the annual appraisal and updating of the Register of Guangxi Corporate Bankruptcy Administrators, and named Beijing Blossom & Credit (Nanning) Law Firm (“Blossom & Credit Nanning Office”) as a class 1 administrator for corporate bankruptcy cases in Guangxi.
To our knowledge, the applicants were appraised according to the strict conditions in terms of political building, size, practitioners, performance in practice, experience in bankruptcy practice, effect of cases handled, practice study, diligence, honesty and good faith, among others, and selected based on the overall points scored by them. The administrators are classified as class 1, class 2 or class 3. 19 law firms have been named as class 1 administrators. As a highly specialized boutique law firm, after 18 years’ practice of law, Blossom & Credit Nanning Office has come to the fore and been successfully named as a class 1 administrator for corporate bankruptcy cases in Guangxi.
